I think your right! I'm a federal government critic but I never would have guessed they had computers capable of making payments that aren't somehow connected to a wider system.

Let's see if Elon can figure out what this means. It solves all of our money issues.

President Trump should have weekly address to the nations similar to FDR’s fireside chats and expose every single piece of corruption and kickbacks that they are finding. Take it out of the MSM’s hands. Hell do push notifications to everyone’s cellphones with the data to wake these people up.

Here is what's been happening: funding lines are getting increased and then transfers are being made. The appropriation for the increase is missing, also missing are the documents to show where the money actually goes.
Say USDA gets $1000 to buy hammers. At the end of the FY they purchase $998 worth of hammers. They have $2 left. All of a sudden there's $5000 in that funding line. No documents show where the $5000 ends up. The accounting people are resetting the spreadsheets at each FY - there's been no accounting and reconciliation taking place. This is why we never pass an audit. Solari has been publishing on this for years.

What this means is that $5000 was in govt accounts. Money is real. If it shows up, it's real, and it's in the accounts. If you doubt it's real go ask the IRS how they view your tax liability in situations like that. It's not merely bits and bytes. That is how our Constitution's monetary system is laid out. There's no paperwork and documentation to show where it went. That means it wasn't spent.

How do we know it wasn't spent? Because items like this, since about the year 2000, have totaled around $150T. If $150T more dollars had been spent and hit the economy, we'd be paying $100 for a loaf of bread right now, or more. They pumped a few trillion into the economy five years ago for covid and look what happened to eggs and other daily items - basically doubled in price. Now think about $150T over 25 years.

This means the money is on the accounts but there's never been a proper reconciliation. It's a logical necessity and a metaphysical reality. The money is there. If we open Ft. Knox and the gold is gone we don't say, 'oh there was a spreadsheet and accounting error' we say that shite got stolen. This money is no different. Money is real.

With this amount of money that can be reclaimed by Trump, because it's in Executive accounts, all of our money issues are gone. National debt - gone. Student loans - gone. SBA loans - gone. Farm loans - gone. We can fund Social Security for 10yrs while we work out a solution on how to proceed. That is 12.6% of payroll now free to stay with employers and stay in your paycheck. We can pay off all of our internal debt right now, today. Social Security gets paid back and paid ahead for 10yrs. Tricare is another fund that has been financing our debt. Pay it off. Pay off all the Treasuries that are internal to the US. Get with the economics people and find out the best way to proceed with foreign debt holders.

We are debt free. This is what I've been harping on, or what I was harping on in my campaign. The money is there. It has to be. People will say these are just keyboard entries - no they're not. Money is real. We know it was in the accounts and we have no documents to show where it went. That means it's still there.

This should have been week 1, day 1 stuff from DOGE and Trump. This secures MASSIVE gains for Republicans at midterms and destroys the Democrats completely. They would have nothing to offer anyone. Let Schumer and Democrats take a stand against everyone with a job not being able to keep another 6% of their money. You can even increase everyone on Social Security by $100/month right now, across the board. Let Schumer and Democrats fight that. Congress can't say that Trump can do nothing with the money because these accounts belong to the Executive and Congress waived any claim to these funds by ignoring its obligations in Art I.

Constitution says no money can leave the Treasury unless appropriated. The money doesn't leave the Treasury. It pays the debts and Congress has already programmed payment of our debts, payment of treasuries, etc. Let Democrats say no one's salary can be paid, no claims paid, no utility bills or contracts paid. Let them try that.

We can do all of this and put well over $50T into reserves as if we've been running a surplus for the past 50 years. Apparently we have been. This resets the board and it lets Trump proclaim that Congress has completely failed in its oversight responsibilities according to Art I Section 9 "a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time." Every member of Congress has been negligent in making this happen, and Trump can tell them all, especially House and Senate leaders that they can shut the hell up or face prosecution for frauds against the United States. There is no clearer case of fraud imaginable. They've been taking our tax dollars for decades while trillions of our dollars sat in govt accounts.

That money is there and Trump can lay claim to it right now. Elon is a fool if he's not making this case to Trump. This changes everything. Trump should have 150 $1T bills made by the mint, go on Rogan, lay them out on a table and explain to the nation that the entire board is reset. Not only does this change everything domestically, it changes everything internationally. No one has leverage on us at all.

I think there will be pressure to uncover huge things. I think they will find things to tell us about whether they tell the truth or not. Most of you will believe anything they tell you as long as it’s your team color.

If Elon is accurate, that these computers are not connected to a system, it's not real money and didn't exist before the computer sent the money to a recipient.
I don't pretend to know how the accounting works, but I understand what Elon is describing. It sounds no different than counterfeit money, which isn't real money but can be used as such (until it's discovered to be counterfeit).

It should be possible to track where these "money machines" were sending money to and who had access to these computers.
