The honest question is how we do we know he is telling the truth. That's the issue with 2025 and the internet, so much shite is made up. there is plenty of reason for him and this admin to lie about his. I would need to see an official source on this

State cyber attacks never appear from the country of origin bc of VPNs

There's a difference between him saying it originated in Ukraine and saying Ukraine did it. Don't confuse the two.
