He’s implying Musk is a hypocrite. A simple case of the pot calling the kettle black. Stewart doesn’t hide he’s a liberal, his entire career is built around it. Musk citing Stewart being partisan as a reason not to attend the debate he agreed to is not only hypocritical, but cowardice. He’s more than happy to attend the podcasts of partisans whose views align with his own, but he can’t stand the heat when there is opposition. The only reason he won’t do the show is because he knows Stewart will destroy him.

Anyone who is recommending laying off thousands of government employees has no business talking to John Stewart. John Stewart is quick witted and loquacious and Musk is a Asperger's savant who is not an entertainer.
