I have sources that have never lied to me that say this test will trigger the quantum microchips in people that got the COVID vax and AI will take over their bodies through these microchips embedded in their MRNA

I read that the test will involve EAS’s ability to send a message over the internet to TV and Radio Stations and Cellular providers.
On the TV and radio side, the message is usually an automated voice that is built in to some EAS encoders.
They really should test it with an official voice and have the President or Vice President to come on and say, “I am President Donald Trump this is a National test of the Emergency Alert System. Had this been a real emergency, news and information would have followed the alert tone. This is only a test.”
I remember the first national test and it was a train wreck. The audio by the time it reached some stations was so bad. You could hear other stations starting the message in the background as some relay or primary entry point stations are legacy blowtorch AM radio stations.
The way it works is the Federal government would distribute the alert to various stations across the country. On the analog side, some stations are designated as primary entry points for the state and federal government. The message goes there first, and then process repeats across the country in a patch work or relay stations and state entry points. The text and level of alert code that is scrolled on TV screens is encoded in the audio it also includes which geographical local the message is intended for.
Each market has a primary and secondary for all the stations in a given area to listen to.
The Louisiana Association of Broadcasters has a list of Louisiana stations and which are designated as primary relay stations and what stations they monitor. Louisiana EAS Plan
Glad to see this year’s test is going to be a test over the internet which FEMA will upload the test to a server that every EAS equipment connects to and downloads the message.
So baring an complete failure of the internet the test should go smoothly.

We say that (and I agree), but does anyone recall the EAS being used on 9/11?

It wasn’t. But I don’t think it was necessary unless it was a more coordinated attack where several planes were going to crash into several cities with an advance notice.
The unknown nature of the attack meant there was no coordination of getting the system activated on a national level, and by the time it would have been activated the threat was over and most TV and radio stations were on the air with news broadcasts.
There might have been a need to activate it locally like in New York to tell people to stay away from the World Trade Center. But a big problem with activating it locally in NYC was the fact that several stations had broadcast facilities went down after the first plane hit the first building since it had several TV and radio stations on the mast of the building. Also in one of the adjoining World Trace Center buildings, I think the infamous Building 7 was the headquarters of New York City’s emergency management center. How about that double wammy of problems?
Going back to other disasters, I don’t recall the EAS system being activated for Katrina like it is now when have hurricanes. I can remember for Ida, the activation was pretty intense especially when the High wind warnings started going out. Of course, EAS’s attachment to cell phones and not just broadcast stations helps with getting the message out especially since some weather alerts are optional for broadcasts since they may already be doing news coverage of weather. Alerts going out to cellphones has really only been since 2012.

More proof that our government loves us and wants us to be happy.

That was an awesome explanation of how it works...thank you. Will the test over the internet show up on our monitors the same way as on the tv?
