No.
The only exception would be if you would be watching a local channel on YouTube TV or some other IPTV service since they replicate the broadcaster’s on air system. The FCC has yet to implement computer level EAS alerts.
Fun little fact, it is prohibited to use EAS tones in movies, TV shows, commercials, or songs.
One time in Chicago, I believe, a commercial had the tones in the spot and it was played on a monitoring station and the alert was missing an out cue and all the stations in the market stayed stuck in a loop waiting for the EAS end of message. It took about 20-30 minutes to realize the issue. One time a DJ played the tones and the station got a fine for playing the tones.
Then you have the WOWO incident during the EBS days where AT&T encoded the wrong message on their teletype wire and sent out the Emergency Action Notification and only broadcast news and information for the local area.

I wish they would update the sound but it probably wouldn't get the attention as much as this does.
