Are you saying Israel doesn't have anything to do with the Iranian war?

An increase in violence in the middle east certainly won't strengthen his position domestically.
Is that what Israel wants?
Netanyahu goes to prison for corruption if he is booted out of power. War means he stays in power. Trump is the way to keep war going... luckily for Netanyahu, Trump's son-in-law is the son of his best friend, and between that and Lindsey Graham they can talk him into things.

Thank God there are a few on this board that get it.
In 1996, a group of American Neocons Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, David Wurmser wrote a policy paper for Benjamin Netanyahu titled 'A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm.'
It explicitly called for:
-Removing Saddam Hussein in Iraq
-Destabilizing Syria
-Military action against Lebanon and IRAN
The Clean Break memo is not a conspiracy theory. It's a publicly available document. The PNAC quote is not a conspiracy theory. It's on page 51 of a published report. The Odigo warning is not a conspiracy theory. It was reported by Haaretz. The policy paper to Bush administration pipeline is not a theory. It's documented history.
In 2002, The Guardian wrote: 'With several of the Clean Break paper's authors now holding key positions in Washington, the plan for Israel to reshape the Middle East looks a good deal more achievable today than it did in 1996. Americans may even be persuaded to GIVE UP THEIR LIVES to achieve it.'
This was never about 'weapons of mass destruction.' It was never about 'terrorism.' It was never about 'defending America.' It was a 30-year plan, written in 1996, for Benjamin Netanyahu, executed with American blood and treasure.
And they wrote it down. They published it. They signed their names to it. And then they did exactly what they said they would do and you’re watching the show

Yep. Reminded me of the “Fire Brent Venables” crowd after his second loss of 2025. Same people were disappointed that OU didn’t beat Temple and Illinois State by 70. Ended up 10-2 in the regular season. Then they came back with “can’t win in the post season” after the loss to bama. These people truly are insufferable losers.

Imagine comparing Pearl Harbor to our withdrawal from Afghanistan to make a partisan point.

Who is ‘Iarael’ and what’s his beef with Trump?

Iran has made it known for decades their goal is the destruction of Israel and the United States. You know Iran has nuclear bomb ambitions, you they are working to develop a nuke, you know if Iran gets a nuke the whole dynamic in the ME changes.
Iran only has antipathy to the US because of our ties with Israel. Netanyahu has been saying Iran is close to having a nuke for 30 years. I don't believe anything he says.
My solution would be to cut off any and all aid and funding to Israel and tell Netanyahu to go frick himself.

Bibis War.
He played Trump to do his dirty work for him and doesn't need him after this.
We need the (3) Old men that are blowing up shite gone. Bibi, Donald, and Putin.
The world will be so much better

If we can win the war in Iran and get a pro western government it’ll benefit America.
I just don’t see how things resolve that way without ground troops and it’s not worth American lives or treasure to achieve that end.
Mostly I’m shocked and aghast at the degree to which an administration that on paper should’ve been so strong is being completely emasculated by what I honestly thought was a small vassal state.
Israel owns this administration functionally.
No country in the world could’ve forced Trumps hand like this yet they said “jump” and the entire White House can’t wait to try to do it even if it means an actual ground war going into the midterms.
Even worse is it gives credence to so many stereotypes and conspiracy theories as to how and why they have this leverage. Disgusting.
Alex Jones was basically right about everything and I spent a decade laughing at him. I’m not laughing anymore.

Naw. They want DT/US to assist them in their goals.
They don’t give two shits about any domestic fallout from their agenda.

No far from it. Netanyahu wants to maximize the time Trump has left in office for his own agenda.
