Might want to check those numbers again...Trump won Pennsylvania by 44k alone, not factoring in the other states he won which still would have given him the EV win.
Besides, you are missing the point...Comey basically gave her a get out of jail free card and facilitated ANY opportunity she had to win when he spared her in July, period.
