It doesn’t matter. Trump dominated the popular vote and EV. Things need to change and if that means Jack Smith, Mayorkas, Garland, Fauci, etc committed crimes that can be proven then do it. The same old bull shite is over. The voters had their say.

... here is a simple question ...
Would they afford you the same consideration if you , yourself , were involved in a horrible crime???
... I think --- NO would be the answer

They fear retribution and want pardons because they know what they did with lawfare against Trump, Giuliani, Stone, Flynn, Papadoppulas, Navarro, Bannon, Ellis, and all the other Trump connected associates who had never had criminal troubles but were painted as a mafia-like crime syndicate and deemed serial criminals. The Dems initiated this game and don’t want it used against them. But the Dems and MSM a tells us Trump is a dictator who will go after his enemies. Projection again.

No, I'd prefer they be convicted for treason and hanged.

Did Joe Biden care what the media or other Democrats think of his pardoning his son, who was convicted of crimes he willingly committed?
Trump shouldn't care either....if crimes were committed by Biden officials, they should be held accountable. You know, no one is above the law!
I SAY LOCK 'EM ALL UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY!

Let's say Biden gives a pardon to Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Anthony Fauci, Adam Schiff, and a ton of other people working for his administration. If the DOJ can bring these people in and have them testify without protection of the 5th Amendment and under threat of going to jail if they lie, is it better to expose the lawfare that way?
... let's take this even further ...
If what you say these main characters are given pardons and if the new DOJ brings a case to court which evolves FLAT OUT TREASON
What would you think then?
Do the pardons hold?
Do people go to prison or do they walk?
FLAT OUT TREASON, to be clear ...

More so, if they're not punished does it embolden other bureaucrats to do the same and continue the process?
All federal employees are required to take an Oath to defend the Constitution. If, by their actions, they have violated that Oath...
At a minimum:
Loss of pension/benefits
Loss of job & never able to have a federal job again (elected or hired)
Full forensic audit of assets - all ill gotten gains are forfeit after trial
Full criminal investigation & jail time after proven in a court of law
Treason is a death sentence.
For those pardoned - same as minimum. Full disclosure of crimes that have been pardoned on the DOJ website, and (if legal) stripped of citizenship and deported never to return. They should not be able to walk the street in the US again.

Democrats have been using lawfare for 4 years. But Repubs get in and are afraid to serve justice becuase they might be accused of using lawfare.

Maybe because it's a brief stop on their way to Hell?

Again, so what?
SO? WHAT?
What do y'all not understand about the proven fact that...
THEY.
ARE.
GOING.
TO.
SAY.
IT.
ANYWAY?
No matter what he does or doesn't do, their narrative is going to be the same.
So why in the world would you allow the narrative to dictate your actions when your actions have no possibility of changing the narrative?

Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time

If they have a Presidential Pardon, they will not go to jail or be punished. However, we should expose the corruption and make sure it is well publicized. Just like they label Donald Trump as "a convicted felon", they should label these bastards like, "Disgraced and corrupt former AG Merrick Garland who nearly destroyed our Democracy...".

Let’s just say this:
Washington, Jefferson, Adams, et al…they’d have been stacking bodies by now.

I am all for Ray Epps and the other Fed instigators being charged for Jan 6th. Pelosi needs to be investigated as well for her part in that conspiracy to stop the questioning of the 2020 election.
