The big difference is that Trump was persecuted under the color of law. The those who did that are guilty of serious crimes that violated Trumps civil and constitutional rights as well as undermining public faith and trust in the criminal justice system.

I want every crooked politician or bureaucrat, dem or rep, guilty of crimes committed punished to the full extent of the law.
Politicians and government officials who commit crimes should face penalties far greater than the average citizen.
They are representing the tax payers and using our money for their benefit. In many cases treason could be their greatest crime.
Pursue and punish every guilty person in DC.

every single one of them needs the full wrath of Justice! this won’t happen. but hopefully a decent % goes down hard!
and for some of the pardons you mention, ine being Fauci etc…
but i think the pardon is for Federal stuff only. right?
What if multiple states go after someone like Fauci and others for crimes against humanity and/or their individual states and civil cases and bankrupt them once they lose cover from the Deep State and no longer needed. Guys like Fauci might want to sheep with one eye open and hire someone to start his car every day.
Once the magnifying glass turns to the Fauci’s of the world, they might get “Killaried” with the quickness. Their political pawnmanship and minion work for the Deep State has passed and it will be time to pay the piper & they will be nervous what a guy like Fauci can expose if he’s getting hammered and no more political favor.
Bidensl’pardons won’t do jack shite other than grant immunity for Federal stuff.
and I really hope some of Hunter’s victims will finally have the courage to come forward and go after him civilly and try to bankrupt that useless piece of evil scum!
you know he has a rolodex of minors throughout his political career riding the power of his corrupt POS dad that was groping Hunter’s daughter all along in the shower & beyond.
all this Pardon stuff will be like an “Environmental lawsuit” where a good law firm will pierce the Corporate Vail.
but this time, i think a ton of the untouchables will be drowing in Civil Suits & State Charges. they can’t hide forever & even Elon says it all the time, “Justice is Coming”
and i don’t take things that Elon is stressing with a grain of salt, i think he’s a guy that when he says something is happening, that it will happen!
He said he can park a Rocket where it launches from & he did it, i’d think his team can bring some MAINE JUSTICE!!!

Let's say Biden gives a pardon to Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Anthony Fauci, Adam Schiff, and a ton of other people working for his administration. If the DOJ can bring these people in and have them testify without protection of the 5th Amendment and under threat of going to jail if they lie, is it better to expose the lawfare that way?
The Democrat party would be trashed, and the people involved would be radioactive - unable to find a job related to politics.

The pardon only covers federal crimes. They can still be charged in multiple venues. They will still plead the 5th
You have to jail them. It sends a clear, strong signal that this can never happen again, or you will pay. Just like the clear, strong signal that they sent to the J6 crew. Never oppose our theft of elections again

That's not going to happen, especially if Biden pardons the worst actors. If he pardons them, then we need to have an investigation and make the results public - even if the report just says, "Merrick Garland can't be prosecuted, but he should have been charged with the following offenses: ....."
What I DON'T WANT TO SEE is this administration wasting all of it's time on prosecutions and NOT cleaning up the corruption that is imbedded in the bureaucracies.
Reform needs to take a precedence over getting a pound of flesh.
