Dr. Perry looked like something out of Revenge of the Nerds in his cheap blue blazer and high-water khakis...when he went to the field, he wore something like Sears khaki workman's uniforms.
Rumsfeld was immaculately tailored in the building, i don't remember what he wore when he visited the troops...
