One thing she, and ALL of us should remember:

ALL things ISRAEL are more important than any things American (such as free speech).

You smug, dumbass.

You're free to say whatever you want but not without consequences when you cross certain lines.

Calling for killing isn't covered in the 1st.

I seriously doubt that's all she did, because we'd be rounding up half of all students if that was the criteria.

Not crazy about the masks, but no problem with the rest of it pending further info.

My problem with this, just like J6ers, is they will use some BS like trespassing to justify harsh punishment against what they perceive as political opponents.

J6ers were treated worse than just going home.

A student on a visa is going back home.

Removing foreign born terrorists and gang members from the US is America first.

Crap on a cracker...how in the hell is that place listed as a "New Orleans Field Office" when it's 150 miles from NO?

Hank likes police shooting Republican protesters.

He draws the line at law enforcement detaining students organizing illegal protests texts.

Allegedly. Why are we not skeptical of the government in these cases. It appears we sent non criminals to a hellscape in El Salvador and just called them gangbangers.

If all this person did was express opinions and protest, putting here in jail for weeks/months before a deportation is an awful and chilling thing to do to anyone.

This is exactly why it needs to be done. Your stance is the perfect summation which leads to neutering effectiveness through over-deliberation and calling it "caution". It's the same high-minded, low-reality mindset that leads to the eventuality of "if just one innocent person is harmed then we shouldn't do it".

Those supporting the increasing intimidation and violence of these protests love your sort of approach because it gives time for allowing their level of rhetoric and actions to become more and more normalized while giving them moral hazard as a rhetorical cover.

The lie to that stance is that while considering "if just one innocent person is harmed then we shouldn't do it", what's being ignored (or at least given lower priority) is that not doing whatever "it" is absolutely harms innocents. The whole philosophy trades an absolute for a possibility and calls it progress.

Setting up the hypocrisy since J6 is paying dividends today for sure.

This shows they didn't give a shite about the people on J6 other than being "team members"

Now apply this to J6 without lying about what happened that day

If we sent an innocent person to that prison in El Salvador, it's unconscionable.
