Not a poster but there was one econ writer who admitted in his column that he was wrong and Trump was right. It was about 4 days ago.

There were always going to be negotiations. If you don't understand that, then you don't understand business.
Somebody actually wrote a book once titled "The Art of the Deal," but I can't remember the author's name at the moment.

Yeah, I saw that.

Certainly are higher than they were in some places.

You are acting as if Trump didn’t largely abandon the policies that tanked the markets.
Most though are on hold till the first of next month. We will see who makes a deal and who doesn't and how long that lasts. Trump's been wildly inconsistent about hyping up the big splashy penalty numbers and saying now this is the deal then putting in a delay to make a deal so it's hard to tell how much and what is actually seeing the tarrifs.

Did Cramer ever admit he was wrong?

You are digging a bigger hole for yourself proving how short sited you are.
Of course they changed and were always going to change as that is the whole point. You people just get so stuck on the talking points you can't see the forest for the trees.
Y'all were wrong and naive again and your own post proves it.

My actual post history or the fantasy post history people use to argue against?

Honestly, I was concerned. But, as usual, Trump was right. I was wrong.
Not concerned about the economy anymore. In fact, I've gone all in.

Anyone have an appropriate meme for a brother that posted on the market decline day that it looked like the country was being run by a guy that went bankrupt? BTW he votes just like his mother.

I'm not sure what you are talking about exactly.
However, any negative or positive effects will take some time to appear.
I personally hope it's just a negotiation tactic and not a long term policy. If it's long term, it's likely going to end up bad. As a negotiation tactic against countries that have been treating us unfairly - probably good in the end.

The full tariffs haven't even been implemented and the deadlines keep being pushed back
The people spiking the football can't even give a clear goal for the policy, to know if the policy is even working or not.

Nobody's spiking the football. You fools were posting PRESENT TENSE about the stock market and economy and acting like Trump had buried us in an economic sense.
Don't try to change the narrative NOW.

I admit I was wrong. It is unknown what the future effect will be, but as of no,w there appears to be no issues.
