How often does this happen and should they do it, in your professional opinion?

Lol yeah because she’s a corpse.
Let’s be real here. It’s not because she’s swamped with work.

I'll say it again. Total genocide of DC and start over. Only way this will ever work!

My wife and I gave POA to each other over 25 years ago. It doesn't mean we are incapable of making decisions for ourselves.

I don't understand the point of the article or this thread over POA.

POA of convenience are typically rather limited in scope and time horizon. My guess is that this one is not.

This is unreal.

Republicans wheeled Stom Thurmonds vegetative corpse around until his death at 100.

Staffers would wipe the drool from his chin as he slept through senate proceedings and then move his hand to the yes/no buttons on votes. That was unreal.

Republicans defended the electorates right to decide his ability to serve. But i guess now, the position on ability to serve changes based on political affiliation.

Like Biden is WAY too old but Trump running to serve a term during the exact same ages is OK?

BTW - i am not defending Feinstein, i think she should have stepped down a decade ago. But i also think that of Chuck Grassley who is the same age.

And i am not a Joe Biden fan. I dont think Dems are either. I think they are waiting out Trump stuff to see how easy it will be to run another candidate. Or they are happy to move his hand to yes/no and let the electorate decide if that's ok - because republicans already expressed thats ok.

No one should be defending Feinstein, Biden or Strom Thurmond making decisions on our behalf. Feinstein and Biden obviously have Dementia. There is no reason they should not be at home, getting their affairs in order, like any other dementia patient.

One could easily say that an 80 year old Trump sitting in the Oval ranting about deep state plots against him and plotting revenge is a form of dementia.

That is what is on the ballot.

You are supposedly an attorney, and if you had a case on this subject against DF you wouldn't include the "power of attorney" in your case!

Guys...when it comes to topics like this one, you should listen to Hank. He's 100% right and most of you commenting in this thread just look ignorant.
