Nah the way this is being done it basically forces people who are legit and have money to pay these fees to stay, and or push people out who can’t.
It’s forces them to leave because that kind of debt leads to leans, BK and then garnishment of Bank Money.
You basically have to put your money under your mattress or pillow case the rest of your life if you stay.
In the end people go back.

They probably sent the notice in English. Plus, if they have an address to send the notice, why don't they just go pick them up?
