Yes. I remember DOJ and DHS grinding to a halt in July of 2019 and ceasing all investigations in anticipation of a public health catastrophe that would start five months in the future.
WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?
Ohmar's brother came to the US in 2002. The allegations became public in 2016. There is no explanation for Trump's DHS not booting her...or DOJ prosecuting her...if it had the grounds to do so.
My guess is that prosecuting the fraud with her brother is long since been time barred. Maybe that's why they're so vague about this.

There is a 5 year time limit to criminally prosecute but there is no time limit on being able to remove both of them from the country.

Not true.
She can still be denaturalized and deported. Her age, or length of time here, has no bearing on it if she committed fraud. There is no time clock on Civil Denaturalization
