I think IvoryBillMatt is right though, if the marriage occurred after her naturalization not sure they could go after her citizenship as she didn't commit fraud in order to obtain status. Her brother husband would absolutely lose all status he may have however.
In a sane world it would be enough to expel her from Congress. Would absolutely be a great way to hammer the DNC before the mid-terms by getting them on record not to expel a member proven to have committed immigration marriage fraud by marrying their brother.
