This new edition of Title IX is going to set male predators loose on women in sports. Good move by DeSantis here. Short video, worth the watch. 36 seconds.

Good on DeSantis for doing his part to cut Federal spending. Not complying with Title IX will save us billions in federal funds that would've gone to Florida.

Abbott didn't comply on the border, now this.

Soft secession doesn't involve shooting, it's about ignoring FedGov on a statewide scale.

It's civil disobedience on another level.

These new Title 9 regs give due process to males falsely accused of sexual assault, too.

We should already have that from the Constitution.

DeSantis really is the best governor that we've had in our lifetimes. It's still amazing to me how badly he ran his Presidential campaign.

I'm inclined to give him a complete pass and would just assume that he'll do far better next time.

A good comparison might be how Trump legitimately had ZERO clue about how powerful and all-encompassing the Deep State would be and how much GOPe staffers would backstab him during his first term.

Most of MAGA is willing to give Trump the benefit of the doubt and assume that he'll do much much better in a second term.

Same type of benefit of the doubt should be given to RDS, because IMO he's definitely earned it.

If only other governors would do the same as Abbott and Desantis then this country can maybe get back to some normalcy.

Exactly. It sounds good on the surface, but I can see that ultimately being twisted to keep female athletes quiet about trans athletes in their spaces.

You can't tell me the left has moved on from "believe all women" so easily without some ulterior motive.

It puts them in a better position to commit sexual assaults. Unlike their trannie dix in female facilities, this ain't hard.

No arguments here. By the book it would apply the same way. In fact, Trump did precisely that during his presidency.

The media is in charge of bestowing guilt on someone.

Social media included

Why do you think all jan6 rioters are guilty? The media told weak minded simps like you they were rioting insurrectionists

The Fifth Amendment already does this, it can be strengthened without needing to force female athletes to have to change and shower in front of males.

the Left creates a "solution" to the problem that will, invariably, create ten more problems
