This is typically where a discussion of defining "lawfare" ends up.

quote:

I don't have one. It's not my term.

The biggest hurdle for those who like to use it is related to legitimacy. When they start attacking legitimacy blindly, it devolves down into a "It's lawfare when done to my team, but not lawfare when my team does it to the out-group". That's basically the general definition of its use by the MAGA sect (and why they give definitions so rarely and defend the rare offerings even less often).

I'm not defending any specific actions of any judge.

So when courts enjoined the Biden vax mandates, you posted about the illegality of those acts in real time?

Sure slow. There is nothing different between forcing a medical procedure and culling a worthless government program. Nothing at all. They are the same thing.

If the intent of the legal action is to shape political narratives via the media it's lawfare. If the intent is genuine legal recourse it is not lawfare.

The Trump bookkeeping case in NYC is a perfect example of lawfare. The intent was to label Trump a felon through the media by using the courts. The intent was not to prosecute a crime. No one in the history of NYC has been prosecuted with said crime and no DA would waste resources prosecuting such a small and esoteric crime.

Trump will win every single one of them.

Yes, but the Leftist Judiciary's strategy is not necessarily to win on the merits, but, to delay implementation of reform until Trump runs out of time, due to loss of electoral power.

It's all they have, besides mass media propaganda.

Not even close to the same thing as trying to limit the executive branch from their given functions

Are you really f*cking comparing Trump running the Executive branch of the government as the elected president with Biden forcing people to get an experimental poison injected into their body that could have long-term health effects up to an including death?

Out of all the stupid f*cking retarded sh!t you’ve posted on this board, this is definitely in the top 1000.

One is defending a personal right to not be given a forced injection. So much for my body, my right.

One is telling the chief executive that he can’t decide who works in the executive branch.

In the second case, there is precedent for the executive branch to fire people. Bill Clinton did it. Reagan fired the air traffic controllers, Truman fired McArthur. The difference this time is that it is Trump.

I don’t know man. His attempt to be funny is in a way that I find funny.

It’s funny trying to figure out if he thinks his attempt as humor was funny.
