Companies should focus on quality of their products, service to their customers and profitability. On social issues follow the law but don’t be advocates on either side. Why they continue to alienate part of their customers is just insane.

Do they actually voice this disqualifier or is it behind the scenes.

20 yrs ago my lead/manager was interviewing for an entry level engineer position. He got an email from the head of engineering of a very large aerospace company, saying you will hire this person. It so happened to be a black female.

Lol. My friend's employer is so woke, they can wear their pronouns on their uniforms. And had a celebrate gay week last June. Your employer wins with this.

On the flip side, my company is slowly and quietly scrubbing the "E" from DEI. Employees have noticed and they appreciate it.

Recently, my group at work was forced to attend a zoom meeting and discuss diversity and inclusion. 14 hetero white guys staring at each other without anything to say. It was both ironic and hilarious as the same time.
