This, and they get together with other companies and have "groupthink", trying to outdo each other.
When I worked with Pepsico my Hr managers over the years, a lesbian, a black handicapped female, a hispanic black female.
I could tell horror stories about the discrimination of white males over the years, and minorities took full advantage of the culture.

They recently pushed a minority woman owned staffing firm on us. We hired the only white male candidate they sent!

This will not end well. It will be a lot like all of those deep blue cities plagued with crime with good people fleeing, but on a corporate profit and stock frick-up level.
