this is one of the reasons that i much prefer working for a small company. i know the family of everyone I work with.

Insane is doing shite that actually costs a lot of money. There are companies across the country that are burning shite tons of dollars to advance a social agenda.

I get DEI emails weekly touting how they are trying to hire as many people as possible as fast as possible the only disqualifier is if you are a white male. Its disgusting.

Saw this recently. Had a high ranking employee reply all back and ask to be removed from the list of recipients on all emails similar to this going forward.
