Ohhh that's an interesting development given yesterday's wave of blanket pardons. So they can be arrested and held in prison and the pardon doesn't go into effect until they've been convicted? That's the standard is it? Play ball.

Yeah. This could get super spicy.

Trump needs to be on the ground. He needs to take this to the end.

Aren't all of the pardons given by Biden in the last few days to family and friends to folks that haven't been convicted? Seems Trump could use that as precedence (I'm no lawyer so this could be completely off) to go after Biden's family members since none have been convicted. Can't be pardoned without a conviction

Guaranteed they get this fixed exactly for that reason.

This may get ugly

Why can't Trump just pardon them for any/all pre-trial? You know, like Biden pardoned his whole family and all the frickers that have wreaked havoc on the country the last five years - none of them are post-trial.

When did prisons/jails start allowing working mobile phones in cells?

I may be mistaken but I think they may have some sort of email system that they can use & I am assuming someone from the outside is posting

If they were in pre-trial, couldn’t the DOJ just drop the charges and release them?

Now the Gulag is saying the pardon does not apply to pretrial detention because they have not been convicted. If this is the case, this would apply to the Biden preemptive pardons.

But the thousands of pardons (including the preemptive blanket pardons) by Jotato are totally legit?

I wonder if all the jails are taking their time with the 7,500 minor weed offenses from Biden

Bureau of Prisons is refusing to release any in pre-trial bc they haven’t been convicted and, therefore, can’t be pardoned.

Ummmm.... it didn't seem to work that way for the J6 committee, the Biden Family members or Anthony Fauci. And numerous others. Did it? Or... are those pardons not valid either?

This sounds more like the State of Florida put a detainer on him with the Marshals because he has state charges pending. If so, I'm going to need more information.

well yeah, if has state warrants out of Florida, they shouldn't let him go, but they should extradite him back to Florida to let them deal with it. And if Florida doesn't want to extradite him, then by law they have to release him. I don't know what DC law says on that, but some state laws require release in those situation in as little as 72 hours.
