I read and noticed a lot of "ifs" and wishfulness wrapped up in some of the usual mindreading attempts.. along with excuse making...or "why it's different for President Trump."

Since you (OP) work in policy and have had experience listening to reason and changing your position please explain these facts:
- The writers works of left leaning organizations and constantly harps on anti-right stumps. Why would would someone with such a well documented inability to be unbiased be something anyone should listen to as gospel?
- Secondly, as posted earlier by numerous individuals there is a HUGE difference between the declas authority of a POTUS and Sec of State. In fact SCOTUS has adjudicated this fact and gone so far to say a POTUS can not be charged with Espionage. Why would the writer stretch and tie the two points together and why wouldn’t he disprove this charge in his article?
- Obstruction is not cooperating with Legal Authority. It was clearly documented the HRC did not cooperate and the FBI treated her with kid gloves. In Trump’s case he allowed agents into Mar Lago, met with them, took their advice and had an open line of communication. That being the case why would they have to do an early morning raid that Garland said was narrow in scope (just covering all work product during his 4 year Presidential term…………..real narrow) with +30 agents and not allow legal counsel a chance to observe when HRC was not treated this way?
- Lastly, what is easier to breach: a private unsecured server or a physical documents, under lock and key, guarded by Secret Service agents and additional private security personnel?
Basically if you are really able to be swayed everyone of these points show a complete bias in the writers opinions and the actions of the FBI/DoJ.
