Our forefathers had about 3,000 years of prior Western civilization upon which to base their form of government. I think they did an alright job.
Portnoy’s dumbass also doesn’t understand that the USSC actually, and rightfully, pulled federal judicial decision making authority on abortion and reverted it back to the state’s and their populations to make decisions on the issue-so it’s a win for the people.
