I choose to naively believe that the headlines don’t match the real story….otherwise, frick this gay earth.

When you make life disposable this is the next step. For the left, kill the baby before birth or 2 months later.....same same.

Post abortive measures done. I not in favor of this at all but can it be used on those 2 parents for educational purposes now ? If they don’t believe in timing of pre birth abortions why should they be against post abortion time limits

Children aren’t valued in our society. It’s terrible.

Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announces that Luis Gonzalez, Jr., 26, and Kitrina Udrea, 23, both of Buffalo, were sentenced this morning before Erie County Court Judge James F. Bargnesi to five years of probation.
On Friday, July 7, 2023, at approximately 2:42 p.m., police and paramedics responded to an apartment on the 2000 block of William Street in the Town of Cheektowaga after receiving a 911 call for an unresponsive child. The victim, 2 ½-month-old Londyn Gonzalez, was transported by ambulance to the former Oishei Children’s Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
The investigation determined that the defendants, while acting in concert with one another, recklessly caused the death of their infant daughter. On April 20, 2023, Londyn was born at a heathy weight of 6 pounds and 8 ounces. During two pediatric appointments in late April and early May 2023, a medical provider expressed concern about the baby’s declining weight and instructed the defendants to increase the amount of formula as well as the frequency of her feeds. After the defendants failed to return for a third appointment on May 8, 2023, the defendants never contacted the pediatrician’s office again and did not take their child to another pediatrician. At the time of her death, Londyn weighed 8 pounds and 4 ounces. The Erie County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the manner of death as homicide by neglect caused due to malnutrition and dehydration.
In May 2026, Gonzalez and Udrea pleaded guilty to one count of Manslaughter in the Second Degree (Class C felony). Both defendants entered a guilty plea to the highest sustainable charge and sole count of the indictment.
“As we advised the court, this crime was not a brief lapse in judgment or a single poor decision, but the intentional withholding of nutrition for several weeks from their own baby. The cries of their hungry newborn and the advice of medical professionals fell on deaf ears,” said DA Mike Keane.
DA Keane commends Lieutenant Justin Haag, Detective Kevin Schmidt, Detective Mark Fatta, and Detective James Genson of the Cheektowaga Police Department and members of the Doyle Fire Company for their work in this investigation.
The case was prosecuted by Chief Rebecca L. Schnirel of the Felony Trials Bureau.

I wonder if this was a case where the mom was adamant on nursing the baby and the baby couldn't transfer milk effectively? Postpartum hormones are so intense for the first few months and the instinct to breastfeed can be irrationally strong. This poor baby. And her mom. I wish we knew more.

Should be mandatory sterilization for both of them.

Or, they are just shitty people.
I’m guessing I’m closer to the truth than your hypothesis.

It's almost as if the Democrats have gone to the extreme left and embraced globalism and communism.

Your support for post-partum abortions is noted.

My youngest isn't even 2 yet, but you're probably way more familiar with the postpartum experience than I am.

Birth: healthy weight
WCC 1: decline in weight noted, instructed to increase feeds and supplement with formula.
WCC 2: further decline in weight noted, instructed to increase feeds and supplement with formula.
WCC 3: no show
Nah, you’re probably correct. It’s likely a milk transfer problem.

For two years. Only absolute scum would try to defend or excuse this .

at 2 years the baby should only have a vocabulary of 50 words or so so i'm sure it had no way to tell mom and dad I'M STARVING.

Eh, it was NY. I am surprised the courts didn't just deem it late term abortion.
