And people wonder why these types of behavior are being passed down through generations. You can throw all the money at it you want but the results will not change. That goes for any race or gender. You just cannot fix rage and ignorance.

Sure you can. You fix the nuclear family and also remove the incentives generating its destruction. Basically undo everything LBJ created.

The solution to this outrageous behavior is the solution that used to work decades ago......arrest her fat azz, make her post bond, set a date to appear before a magistrate, giver her a hefty fine along with 30 days in the county jail along with 2 weeks public service and 2 years probation....and that young boy with her gets to see what happens when your mother is an unhinged lunatic.
