That's so cute that Colorado thinks they have any say about it. Maybe withholding some other cash will get their minds right.

Hopefully.

Their fat pudgy governor is really trying to ruin a beautiful state. Focused on making up new trans rights while attacking second amendment rights.

What is so ignorant about this.....

When they were trying to decide the first time where to put it, two independent studies both cited Huntsville......and biden put it in Colorado to spite the Alabama senators.

And Alabama can cram a couple hundred thousand people in two stadiums every fall Saturday, me thinks they can accomodate bringing in 30 K workers

Huntsville was already chosen to head the Space Command based on metrics that Huntsville was better in all the areas. Biden reversed that decision due to Alabama voting for Trump in 2020.

Huntsville is the perfect place for the Space Command.

It was politically put in Colorado in the 1st place! It should have always been in Huntsville.

That's already happened. The HQ was awarded to Huntsville during Trump's first term. Biden killed that, despite Huntsville beating out Colorado Springs in every single metric used in military evaluations.

Huntsville does not have Cheyenne Mountain complex and NORAD like Colorado Springs as well as Peterson Space Force Base. Then there is also Buckley up in Aurora. That's why it is currently there.

They all know this - they literally just sit on a toilet,, shite in Their hands.. throw the shite up against the wall and pray that a little piece of the shite sticks to the wall.. if it doesn’t stick then they take another shite and repeat their process

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser argued this move from Colorado Springs to Huntsville, Alabama is “unconstitutional and unlawful.”

Show me where in the constitution that specific branches of the military be headquartered in specific states.

Kiwi,

Huntsville was chosen the first time because of.....

[quote]Huntsville, Alabama is home to the U.S. Space Command headquarters, which is being permanently relocated to Redstone Arsenal. The city is already a hub for space and missile defense, home to NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and the Army's Space and Missile Defense Command.

I'm speculating the only reason the Colorado AG filed this suit is because he's counting on a progressive judge to rule in his favor.
I'm no lawyer (thankfully)but it would seem that anyone owning a business (the federal government owns the space command)that the owner can do whatever the hell they choose!!!

Redstone is not stuggling & no long lines to get on base. Research park is expanding also.
