Everyome knows he was a womanizer before the election and his base will not care, but that is not enough to get him reelected.

It’s not about one or two things that people see happening with Trump. It continues to happen over and over for months before the election and now after the election. It is something that will continue to happen. It will be in the back of their minds when it comes time for the elections.

He continues to deny and later it comes out to be true. Hope Hicks said it ever happened and now it shows she was lying or Trump was lying to her.

It will be in the back of people’s minds when they do vote.

No matter how much you hate Michael Avenatti he has been right many things

There is not an OUNCE of evidence that the stormy daniels stuff has affected trump's poll numbers. Literally every single survey on the matter has it barely even registering. Bill Clinton left office with a 60% approval rating despite the lewinsky stuff.

Presidents win and lose based on policy. Period.

Yeah policy had nothing to do with 2016 (yes I know you said Presidents) and yeah 2012 wasn’t really a policy election either.

Regardless, I feel bad for Melania. Trump is a scum for cheating on that beautiful wife of his.

This comment received two upvotes and fifteen downvotes.. The loyalty people on this board have for Trump is fascinating.

First, it was Stormy Daniels. It was in the news every day. This woman talking about how she had an affair with her (Melania) husband. Which supposedly took place around the time she married Trump. And how his lawyer tried to pay her off in order to keep quiet about it.

Now you have this situation. It might not seem like a big deal to some of all, but I have to think she feels somewhat embarrassed.

She didn't want him to be elected president in the first place. In the book, Fire & Fury, Michael Wolff explains how Trump assured her that he wouldn't win the election. And made comments like "although we will not win, we won already", in which he was referring to having gained the popularity that he did (not just fame, most people knew who Trump was, but he gained a lot of loyal supporters).

He supposedly had another reality tv show in the works and he could have cashed in just from being the losing candidate in the race. And when he won, supposedly Melania was extremely upset.

It not Stormy it’s about Karen McDougall.

It is on record of his aides denying anything to do with McDougall

Just remember... He's still your president. And with the non-stop hysteria from the left, he will be until 2024.

More important point (at least pertaining to this specific story) is that no payment was actually made.

Right, however, the enquirer did. I wonder if Foxy boy is all worked up about media collusion between trump and the national enquirer. I am guessing no.

They win/lose based on the perceived economy. Policy generally has nothign to do with it.

The sad thing is people trying to bring down a President for sleeping around.

Yes it is wrong, but totally unrelated to the job.

You finally have a non-establishment President that's trying to fix the system, let him do it.

That is not necessarily true. Obama won an election in 2012 in which the majority of voters thought the economy was still in bad shape....they just thought he deserved to not be blamed for it and should be given 4 years more

The right said the exact opposite when clinton was on the job.

I tend to agree with your point. But Rush limbaugh used to go off on clinton for being a womanizer. As did quite a few other family value types.

No, you’re missing the point.

People that voted for Trump don’t care about how many sloots he banged. You and the Dems and the msm think you are testing his supporters loyalty by bringing up the sloots. But it’s not testing the loyalty at all because we decided long ago that we don’t care.

It didn’t start with stormy Daniels. Everyone already knew Trump slept around, had affairs, knocked up a floozy sloot in Marla maples, produced Tiffany trump, got divorced from ivana trump, so on and so on. This was already known and dealt with. We decided that we don’t care. It’s not an issue with us.

So this issue of banging sloots is not testing any loyalty. It’s old news that none of us care about.

Didn't seem to hurt Bill Clinton who wasn't just having Affairs he was accused by multiple women of sexual assault before the election in 1992. He was then re-elected in 1996. Why will this impact Trump? I mean isn't it Liberals who said way back in 1992 and 1996 that none of this matters? What changed?

Surely even you recognize the difference between a consensual relationship 14 years or so before Trump took office and Bill Clinton plowing a WH intern while holding said office?

I mean I don't care about either one much to be honest, but there is a pretty significant difference in the two

I agree. Everyone knows Trump has the morals of an alley cat. No one cares.
However, does the fact that he tried to hide it from the electorate with hush money and continues to lie about it bother you? To me that's the bigger issue.
