Well, lying under oath in a court proceeding is perjury, a felony. So yes, if he commits perjury then he could be impeached.

Maddow reported tonight that the tape was deemed privileged by the special master. One of the few such items and documents out of a million, or so, seized from Cohen. In other words, it was not turned over to the prosecutors.
Therefor it had to have been released by either Trump's or Cohen's attorneys. Her bet was on Trump's. She came to that conclusion for two reasons. 1. The Trump team wanted to get out ahead of the story and 2. It took away possible ammunition Cohen had to trade in a plea deal making it less likely he'd flip.

They hate Trump so much they're willing to toss out the law with it. Every rich and powerful individual uses NDA's. It only becomes illegal when Trump does it.
