Those headlines are just false. Notably the one about trump directing Cohen to lie. That one has been debunked about 800 times.

Can anyone give me brief summation of what the fraud claim regarding the Moscow tower is all about? I have not really followed this all that closely, so I'm trying to figure out what exactly the claim is that implicates Trump in a fraudulent act.
