And he's made sure Oliver mentions him on a weekly basis at this point. It was a dumb idea to sue him. Anyone who calls personally him out, he then taunts without mercy. Hence why he constantly bashes New Zealand government.

It just means that, even if all the facts plaintiff alleges, taken in the light most favorable to plaintiff, were assumed true, plaintiff still will not have stated an actionable claim (i.e., plaintiff would still lose).

What a jackass he is playing right into what Oliver said he would do. His segment was really good on the coal industry, in particular the CEOs and their BS. He's backed off of Trump some and has started making well researched segments again, even if he comes out on a different side than you would.
