On her low-rated afternoon show, CNN’s Brooke Baldwin mocked both of her guests as they described the left-wing activists who chased Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and his wife out of a DC restaurant last month as a “mob.”

“Oh, you’re not going to use the mob word here,” Baldwin moaned after the Daily Caller’s Matt Lewis brought up the mob that harassed Cruz and his wife.

Later, during his last-place evening show, far-left activist Don Lemon went even further in defending mob action

Here is the exchange leading up to it:

quote:

“Don, if they started following you around a restaurant and running you out of places,” Lewis said.

Lemon interrupted, “But that doesn’t mean that people don’t get to object. That’s your right as an American to object. It’s covered in the First Amendment. It’s like the first one!”

After Lewis continued to press his case that there is a difference between free speech and harassing a man and his wife until you are able to bully them into fleeing a public restaurant, Lemon started screaming at Lewis.

Will you let me finish? Matt, please! Let me finish,” Lemon shouted.

“Bring it on. Mind if I have a drink?” Lewis asked.

“You can do whatever you want. You can leave the show if you want,” Lemon fired back.

“I’m not going to do that,” Lewis said.

“Shut up and let me do it,” Lemon snarled.

With the floor to himself, Lemon launched into a full-throated defense of mob action:

quote:

“In the Constitution, you can protest whenever and wherever you want. It doesn’t tell you that you can’t do it in a restaurant, that you can’t do it on a football field. It doesn’t tell you that you can’t do it on a cable news — you can do it wherever you want.”
“To call people mobs because they are exercising their constitutional right is just beyond the pale,” Lemon said before cutting to a commercial.

Of course they have a constitutional right to show their arse and move more voters to the right. It needs to happen more! On that note:

I read where the man from North Carolina that the ANTIFA thugs cursed out and called a white supremacist because of his North Carolina tags was a registered Democrat.

Democrats love their brown shirts.

Mainstream Democrats are a reincarnation of the Nazi Party’s paramilitary wing, the Storm Detachment.

He is incorrect. They have the constitutional right to assembly.

I believe it is directly

A right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances

So if they are not peaceful in the assembly then they are being lawbreakers.

You don't threaten or intimidate individuals. That's not protest. That is criminal behavior.

Another overt call for Leftist to assault citizens... so I'll post this again.

quote:

Leftists,

I consider these calls for attacks seriously. You have verbalized your intent to harm me and my family for our belief system. If you approach me, my family, or my property... there will be no discussion. No argument, no debate, no reasoning. That's all gone. I will now consider you a threat to the greatest extreme. You have been warned. There will be no warning shot.

Actually you can't. It prevents government from restricting speech in most ways.

You can't form on a mob on private property (a restaurant), you can't harass people.

Speech is protected but there are limitations as there are with any "right".

The Constitution is good when it supports your talking points. It's bad and needs to be changed or ignored when it doesn't.

There are laws against public disturbance and public nuisance. Either would apply in his case. Just call the cops and say someone is in the process of being murdered. That'll get some attention well, maybe.

Don Lemon is a hack.

quote:

or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,

Unruly mobs shouting at people and disturbing the peace at private restaurants is hardly fitting in this definition.

As I said before, the left over extended themselves and overplayed their hand believing they would win in 2016.

Now they are fully exposed power hungry authoritarian communists and they are desperately trying to get power back to ensure they cannot lose it again.

Make no mistake these anti-American progressive revolutionaries who hate the constitution, personal wealth, and freedom are not going away without a fight. And they have just begun to wind up the machine. We are in for a rough few years fighting them back.

Let's caravan to CNN everyone. We can heckle and harass Don while he's live on-air. Clearly he'll support us.
