SCOTUS: Hey Congress, how about you make some laws instead of dumping every important decision in our laps?

CONGRESS: Clearly this is the end of democracy

Our planet is on fire, and this extremist Supreme Court has destroyed the federal government’s ability to fight back.

This radical Supreme Court is increasingly facing a legitimacy crisis, and we can't let them have the last word.

Catastrophic. A filibuster carveout is not enough. We need to reform or do away with the whole thing, for the sake of the planet.

Run out of words to describe this court, but, among other things, it's now a threat to the planet.

They told you to go make some laws but if you want to keep screaming at your phone that's fine too.

What a f*cking joke.

In fact, the Supreme Court case did just the opposite. It just took away the power of unelected bureaucrats to make laws that Congress has SPECIFICALLY declined to enact.

If the Dims what some sort of Climate policy, then they will need to come up with something sensible that Republicans can get behind and not have the politicized FILTH that they have put in charge of these unaccountable bureaucracies put in place far left whackjob laws for them.

This cap-and-trade bullsh!t was specifically defeated in Congress. A politicized EPA should not have the authority to implement such a major shift in the government's energy policy all by itself based on a 50 year old statute that has never been used for this purpose and was never designed to be used for this purpose.

I agree, there a many, many "reforms" that need to be made with how our government is currently operating... Including Congress not being willing to pass laws AND pass a budget each year...

I am more than a little bit happy that Thomas and KavBaw are getting the last laugh after all the BS the democrats tried to pull during their confirmation hearings.

Hyperbolic language is a sign of low intelligence, and it is a mainstay of progressive communication.

Quit telling us the SC is a threat to the planet and explain, like an adult, why the decision is wrong and what the ramifications are.

Quit claiming that the SC outlawed abortion and infringed women's rights and explain, in adult words, why you think the decision was wrong.

Maybe they do understand what just happened. Their precious little workarounds are neutered.

No one wants what they are selling. Time for congress to do its job again.

The radical right-wing court has decided that our children don’t deserve a future on this planet.

By eliminating the EPA’s ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions the court is promoting more climate change.

There may be no decision in recent memory that will do more to cripple the federal government’s ability to protect the health and safety of every American than the Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia vs EPA, which represents judicial malpractice.
