This is another attempt at trying to make democratic bullshite into reality where they sling it at the wall, collusion ring a bell. Then they sit back and hope their accomplices in the main stream media will make a masterpiece of it for the American people. Though just like last time most look at the offered collage and see it for the smelly kindergarten finger painting it truly is.

Questionable as to if this was even an FEC violation which most of the time,unless you are Dinesh D'Souza, is treated as a civil issue and punished with a fine.

It seems to all boil down to whether he was pressuring Ukraine ONLY to damage a rival candidate. The fact that it would indeed be damaging to Biden is, to me, incidental to the fact that it is valid to pursue suspicion that the Bidens were selling influence.

The reason a person is presumed innocent is because it isn't possible to prove a negative assertion. If we allowed this type of logic, mere rumor would be enough to put people in jail.

Even if the only thing he asked about on that phone call was Biden corruption, what's impeachable about that? The President enforces the laws and Joe Biden running for President doesn't grant him immunity. CASE frickING CLOSED!

Yes. If Trump's investigation into Joe Biden was based on an unproven dossier of information from an anti-Biden source then that could be seen as an abuse of power.
If Trump then went to the Ukrainian government and said "you have six hours to find me something on Biden or else I'm taking all this military aid back to the US with me when I leave" then that would be considered Extortion and thus an Impeachable offense.

The President gets intel briefings. We don't know what he knows about what's going on in Ukraine. We also don't know what other conversations might be going on with Ukraine either before or after this one call. This whole thing is utterly ridiculous!

The worst thing in all of this is if Biden is corrupt (we know he is) and he is peddling influence, the president (or someone) is actually duty bound to have it sorted out.
Otherwise, you have a potentially compromised POTUS.

Really. Mueller showed no Collusion, and saying “I’m not Guilty” when they stack all those liberal lawyers against you, day by day; isn’t Obstruction. Ukraine comes down to , was there corruption in Ukraine that led to them firing a Prosecutor investigating Burisma, and/or interference in the 2016 election (which IS an active investigation) . Dems cry about investigating Biden and his son, but it’s only illegal if you make it up/bribe someone to make it up . If Trump has reason, it’s legal. Dems May be mad, and impeach, but Trump has done nothing wrong, which is why they are going around the courts with Political impeachment

And if there is any justice, they will suffer mightily for what they have done for the last 3 years. I truly hope we are witnessing the beginning of their disintegration as a cohesive and viable political concern. They've thrown in with with the Socialists and America Haters and it's time they pay a price for it.

This is actually exactly what the IRS does when they haul someone in to court. "Prove you didn't cheat on your taxes." Which is why that shite is illegal. But that's a discussion for another thread.
