No, it is definitely not. You have cratering demographics, an extremely old population, a political economy that is oriented around having an expanding pool of workers from which social welfare will be funded and a union of countries which easily siphons away young talent, which goes to areas of capital investment in other countries rather than stay in their own country.
Yeah they will. There is no easy access to arms for the population at large, social services still work which works to dissuade anyone from picking up arms, they have control of internal policing mechanisms and no real opposition to speak of. It is very hard to imagine trillion-dollar economies suffering from internal civil conflict between organized factions precisely because money is at stake. What is more likely is that whatever government in charge might scale back migration plans or what have you until the population is faced with aging out of the workforce, at which point the choice is to have social benefits cut, which the European elite have wanted to do for a while, or import more workers to deal with the massive demographic gap.
Part of the issue with the decline of European power was that they lost several generation of people through massive warfare in the 20th century. It seems like the worst solution to attempt to redress grievances through arms when the reason they are in the position they are in is due to the fact they killed so many of their own in warfare.

The Military, like in Katrina will assume the role of peacekeeping between desperate factions and alliances. And handing out supplies.
Watching Charles Veitch in Britain now and he just said the same thing on his highly popular YouTube channel. So apparently they still have some modicum of free speech as Charles walks the streets and is very verbally provocative with organized protestors. With bodyguards.
