Get Trump Part I
-Appoint a Special Counsel
-Get Special Counsel Robert Mueller and a team of democrat attack dogs to do a political hit job on President Trump.
Get Trump Part II
- Get the Intelligence Community to do a political hit job on President Donald Trump.
Get Trump Part III (Proposed in the event Part II fails)
- Do an actual violent hit job (as in assassination) on President Trump.

The irony about making it legal to use second hand hearsay to whistle blow makes whistleblowing have little to no impact going forward. Whistleblowers in the IC have been weakened.
I also kind of feel that the real motivation behind changing the whistleblower rule was more to weaken the effect of whistle blowers. The CIA does not want to be held accountable.

As if any of these filth care about unintended consequences.

Hands caught in the cookie jar, cut em off.
Gut everyone involved or with direct knowledge of this.

Which is exactly why it needs to be dismantled. ASAP.

How could CIA rules, written by the CIA, be binding on anyone outside of that agency? They have power that overrides law, and legal precedent?

Obama spent something like 50 million dollars prosecuting and silencing whistle blowers, sources, and journalists.
Yep. There were a few articles about the chilling effect this had on actual journalists, but nothing 99% of the population ever heard about. Meanwhile, his presidency is routinely hailed by the media as "transparent" and "scandal-free".
That's how you know journalism doesn't exist within the MSM complex. They scream "COVER UP!" at any attempts by a Republican of preventing leaks, but when a Democrat actively attacks whistleblowers, absolute crickets.

This seems too neat to me.
I mean, the dates and such are simply too obvious and there is no way they could think that this would remain hidden.
It's incredibly brazen.

This can't be allowed to continue.

Holy hell!!! Wray should be in the oval office with his resignation and Trump should clean house. While at it, take the FBI and do the same.
Another insurance policy. Someone needs to visit the gallows. It's beyond ridiculous now

On the other hand, why would they care if it was discovered? Who would actually report it? Certainly not a single outlet the average American would ever see.

Don’t assume that it’s only Democrats who oppose Trump.

The proof this was a setup is in the complaint itself.
1. A Whistleblower should only be presenting allegations. This complaint was a full blown investigation filled with interpretations, opinions, assumptions, and conclusions about what they deem was the intent behind the wrongdoing.
2. They used circular sourced "evidence" to try and support the allegations, as well as to try and formulate or map out a supposed fact pattern of Trump's behavior.
3. Adam Schiff clearly knew about this phone call in mid August, as he Tweeted about it and alleged Trump threatened to withhold aide from Zelensky if he didn't investigate Biden. Which was false and never happened.
4. The Whistleblower cited the NYT and Politico, who each claimed the same details, that there was a "promise of quid pro quo", "8 instances of Trump demanding Zelensky investigate Biden's son", and "Trump threatening to withhold military aide unless Zelensky did Trump's bidding". NONE OF WHICH ACTUALLY HAPPENED.
5. And here is the main proof this was a pre-planned coordinated conspiracy:
--- Adam Schiff, the NYT, Politico, AND the Whistleblower all got the exact same details wrong.
What are the odds that 4 sources of reporting of Trump allegations, that supposedly did not coordinate with each other beforehand, got the exact same precise details of the phone call wrong?
It's like a trillion to 1 odds. Meaning it's impossible.
Whomever concocted this thing is obviously the same person or group who fed the false narratives to Schiff and the media weeks ago.
And the fact the Whistleblower presented these falsehoods in the allegations, and then cited media articles that purported those identical falsehoods, is proof of circular-sourcing too. Meaning whomever created the complaint was also the source of the supposed "supporting evidence".
I'm baffled that more people on the Right aren't presenting it like this in their debates with the Left. It's indisputable proof of a pre-planned conspiracy and circular-sourcing.

I don't see how The CIA rules mean a damn thing to anybody outside of The CIA. If they call a horse a cow, It's still going to be a horse to everyone else. The CIA doesn't make laws. Laws are what matter.

We are systematically allowing the Left to redefine everything in existence in order for them to garner complete control of our lives, while simultaneously destroying their domestic enemies.
So, hearsay is now a valid complaint against anyone they don't like.
Just another minor "convenience" for them as they continue to rewrite laws, history, and the rule of govt.
When these sick fricks garner power again, they are going to abuse their fellow Americans in ways unimaginable.
They will make what Obama did with the govt look like Child's Play.
