Weird case that im still trying to wrap my head around.. I will say the bond is ridiculous and they better have him in protective custody and pray he he doesn’t get killed..
FTR. I think we can all agree he’s considered a piece of shite by many of us but this will be a test to free speech and one’s right to defend after disengaging aka walking away.

I don't know how I feel about the Chud thing yet. In many other circumstances, most of us would say that where the law isn't doing a good job, it's the community's responsibility to step up and enforce civility. We probably all say "that guys deserves an arse beating" all the time. I don't know enough about him yet, but Chud may well be in that box.
I do think the bond disparity, etc. sounds egregious and I don't think he'll be treated equivalently to others.
