So...Republicans lying, deceiving the American people and hiding their greed and treacherous as usual?
Why can't the entire Congress just come clean and admit they are merely corrupt clown-actors, whoring and enriching themselves with $$$ from NGOs and the highest (lobbyist) bidders?
Why do you reckon the only thing we hear about from the DOGE findings are questionable funding for projects/grift that is clearly Democrat leaning?

Where is Chip Roy's alternative Budget Bill?
THAT'S your response to Roy's opposition of a lazy, stupid irresponsible bill?
WASH. RINSE. REPEAT.
The Republican Congress / prostitution ring trudging out another un-transparent irresponsible mega-spending bill that barely eliminates an iota of waste, ignores the DOGE discovery of hundreds of $$ billions in slush-funding by NGOs, and still manages to package a bunch of nonsense spending of money we already do NOT have.
Darn that Chip Roy, Thomas Massie and other "traitors to MAGA" for stepping up and noticing this budget = SOS.

The right thing for Congress to do would be to reduce spending and make cuts.
But if they did that they would never get reelected.
We literally have a system that punishes people for doing the right thing.

Clearly "Dem-leaning" but also heavily enabled BY Republicans who make sure they get their nice slice of "vig".
Bigger Picture:
But all in all does any and all of DOGE's disclosures of NGO funding via Congress for subversive causes AND bi-partisan backwashing $$ matter if there's ZERO accountability aftreall?

I can’t stand that asshat and his buddy Massie. They always vote with the Democrats and scream “my principles”.

DOGE unwittingly informed the swamp which laundering schemes need to be better hidden.

Rumor is Mike Lawler fought to retain adult tranny sex change op funding. Then the parliamentarian will probably say that item is policy vs funding and should be removed, thereby restoring funding for transing of kids

Hardcore MAGA hates free thinkers and principled representatives. Really aren’t much different from libs.

Guess what, that will never happen. No one wants to cut anything. It’s sounds great, but ain’t happening. I have voted since 1976 and I think every cycle, there’s been a plank to balance the budget. It never happens and will never happen. Roy and Massie know that, but they can frick up the works and everyone claps. But they get attention and who knows maybe in the future, they might get a spending cut, hopefully for their districts.

Could be the actual case, can't it? DOGO has turned out to be as much a scam as the NGOs.
Bank Clerk: "HEY, THAT SWAMP THIEF JUST ROBBED US BLIND OF BILLIONS!! That's the third time this week!!"
LE: "Yeah, we already know. We've been keeping a running a tally. And we know who they are."
Bank Clerk: "Well, are we getting the money bank? Are you making arrests?"
LE: "No, but we've put the swamp thieves are on notice. That's punishment enough."

Well if you're going to throw so much angst at Massie, Roy, etc, how about being at least somewhat consistent with your disdain.
Why don't you include Trump in this? Has Trump even once said he would veto this "big, beautiful bill" if it contained too much crap and didn't, at a minimum, put forth a few spending cuts DOGE found? Afterall, DOGE was Trump's baby, or was it simply a smokescreen to provide the illusion that trump cares about deficits and the debt? Why has Trump refused to go back to Pre-Covid spending levels? I mean, why isn't Trump himself spending just a little political capital to get a few cuts so Massie and Roy can give it the thumbs up?

So what are the top 5 thing you don't like about it Chip? What would it take to get your vote Chip? What should be omitted for this to be a winner?
So the status quo is what you are voting in favor of instead, which is why all of these fricking nutless morons need to be primaried.

I agree with you, but most people are upset by the lack of transparency. Tell everyone what is in it that they specifically don't like, where can other cuts come from, who is opposing them and why, and what is an alternative to what has been presented. All of these things are relevant and put the American people first.

Imagine knighting for lightweight loser like Massie
Posted on 5/16/25 at 12:52 pm to EphesianArmor
Reducing spending has to start somewhere. This was a start. But losers like Chip Roy just got us a continuing resolution where double the money will be wasted. Awesome. And congrats on getting a Democrat house majority in 2028. Nice, retards.
