Some years ago S. Korea demanded reparations from Japan for WWII. Japan gave them money. A couple years later the Koreans said: 'We need more reparations from you.' Japan said: 'frick you.'
So, my question is simple. If America gave a ton of money to black people this year as reparations for slavery.....How long before black leaders call for more reparations?

Knowing Pope lefty he might give the Mayor some cash.

The Vicar of Christ on Earth has no time for that, you can be sure.

Catholic Church is worth Billions. Let them pay ‘reparations’

The Catholic Church authorized and encouraged African Slavery in the Americas based on its "Doctrine of Discovery"

The United States ended Slavery through the blood of hundreds of thousands.

If the pope starts talking about reparations, I’m done

The USA is the best possible country for black people to thrive. We offer more opportunity for success than any other country on the planet.

Good on the Mayor. You put some money into this community and you’ll see some changes.

Pope Leo XIV met with Johnson as the mayor led a Chicago delegation that included George Floyd family lawyer Antonio Romanucci on a Thursday trip to the Vatican.

How is the Floyd lawyer involved in this grift? Do they plan to sue someone and he gets his cut? Maybe he thinks bringing an Italian-American along will be helpful? Sounds like pandering.

This will likely result the same way as some people who win the lottery. They lose it all within a few years because they spend like they have Elon Musk money. No money management skills.

Hey Mr Pope. Before speaking on this issue just understand that all of the ancestors of people tortured and murdered during the inquisition are already in line. Along with folks affected by the Crusades. Oh and before you want to speak up and try and guilt people who had nothing to do with slavery, how about you finally come out and admit the church failed all of the sexual abuse victims and pay them out too because the church is absolutely 100% to blame for that. And stop saying that nonsense that the Vatican doesn't control the entire Catholic church.

Not too far from Chicago, Evanston was the first to pay Black residents in reparations to cover housing expenses

Congratulations Evanston liberals, looking at you Northwestern

You’ve earned your virtue signal participation trophy and can sleep soundly tonight. This is how liberals pay the brownies & blacks to stay out of their community, not welcome them. An average 1 bedroom in Evanston starts at 3G’s a month, a multi-bedroom is 5-6K a month and that’s just renting, not home prices.
