Chicago Mayor Wants Pope's Help For Reparations

"That’s an important conversation… Absolutely… Yes. I want to be very clear about that," Johnson said.

Good. I hope the Pope publicly calls for Chicago to pay each of the descendants of slavery $20 million dollars, then tells the Chicago mayor “Go with Christ” without giving him a fricking penny. Put the pressure on Johnson.
Let’s see how important this is to Johnson when his city, over $1 billion in the red, can’t afford to pay the bill for his nonsense.
Johnson should talk to Newsome who blew all this hot air about paying blacks reparations. When the chips were down and his commission recommended an eye watering number to be paid, Newsome balked at the cost and settled on a giving blacks a state sanctioned apology for all their wrongs.
It’s a moral imperative until it comes time to pay the fricking bill.

Brandon Johnson is intelligence challenged. Apparently the population of Chicago is also intelligence challenged since they elected him. It is not wise to give money to fools. The money would be wasted on stupid purchases that don’t improve the lives of the intelligence challenged population of Chicago. The best thing for the slow population of Chicago would be a monetary depression in Chicago so the people that create wealth could rise to the top and the others fall behind lose their influence and power and be cast aside

If he can get the support of the Pope, he can claim a religious and moral duty for the money that extends beyond the self-serving desires of those asking for them.
My natural reaction is to be skeptical of anything the pope endorses, though.
