I thought it was BS. I was on my way to Vegas before they shut it down.

Me. I work in a nursing home and am doing it from home (consulting gig). I’m worried about ourboeople and my parents but death is a part of life and you can’t keep everyone home until this “dies” or there or no cases.

Dumb is dumb. Things need to open.

It is really awkward the logical twist and turns many of you have done with the coronavirus saga.

1. Many of you downplayed the significance of this virus— just like the CCP wanted.

2. Most of you are devout Trump supporters— Trump has completely owned the shutdown and overall response thus far.

3. Trump literally said this “was not like the flu”, so what is it? Is he incompetent or lying?

(Btw I support Trump and plan to vote for him again)

In. The virus is obviously real, and no more people will die from it than any one of the other million threats that exist every day, but herd mentality individuals don’t like the idea of dying from something new, whereas dying from cancer is ok because millions of people die from cancer every year.

You would fit right in with the Don Lemons of the world. Assuming that people with opposing views are stupid and poor. Thats a weakness. You also are signaling that you believe that you are better than someone who lives in a trailer, presumably because you are an attorney?

Trump didn’t have the nuts to defy the media and panicked public and do the right thing - shutdown hotspots, build infrastructure for the immune compromised and older folk, etc. I can still vote for him in the fall and disagree with what he’s done. Gotchas are for retards.

This literally my first post March 12th on the subject, I stand by what I said then.
quote:

America: The land of the free, and the home of the brave.

Retitled:

America: The land held hostage by the flu, and home of the pussies.

This is the result of 40 years of liberalism in the American public, widespread panic of the FLU.

I am so Fing mad right now. This is the biggest crock of shite ever. On an avg 3,300 people die every day in the US from driving... yes 3,300 people, do you hear anybody yelling to stop driving or are people any less willing to drive?

Welp, it's official the UD flyers are the 3rd best team in basketball this year and one basket from beating #1 KS in OT.

GOoooooo Dayton Flyers, frick all you scared pussies.

It isn’t some gotcha. You cannot square supporting Trump as president while thinking that he is lying and intentionally ruining the economy for the sake of politics. If you are correct Trump is far worse than Obama and actually committing an impeachable offense this time. Think about what you are implying.

I always thought this was the biggest overreaction in history and the biggest surprise to me was how many people I thought would see through it as well fell for it. I wasn't surprised to see left stepping in line and informing on their neighbors.

At this point, if you support further lockdown I really don't even see you as an American.

The media and Dems took advantage of the the obvious boomer's fear and the blind gulliblness of the progressive doinks.
