re: Duck Camp Dinners Season 4

Hey JP just wanted to say that in a world where duck hunting YouTube vids has absolutely exploded, you sir are making bar none the best content in that field. Thanks for entertaining us the last few years.
Best thing I have found for simplicity and agreeance with metabolism is liquid egg whites. 12 ounces plus a splash of milk makes for about 45 G protein. Take about 7 seconds to make, and tastes exactly like milk.

I had a sizable position (for me) in Mosaic Co. for a year or so. Got in at like $38 rode it down to the mid $20’s then back up to $37 or so and dipped out. Try not to buy the top like me.

Rodney. Bout a mile off the river.
Disagree I think he is one of the best on film at the moment.
Gotta get out of Louisiana to find some actual ducks to put on film.
My tenants travel all the time. Way more than us, by a factor of probably 5. They also habitually cannot afford to pay rent at the end of the month.

Maybe. Maybe not. Welcome to the stock market.

re: Speck hunt Arkansas

Apparently Arkansans want to do to speckled bellies what SW Louisiana did to theirs. Guess the Specks will start putting the brakes on in Missouri in the coming decade. Outfitters ruin everything fishing or hunting doesn’t matter they don’t care. Virus.
4 fish per day @ 7 days a week is way too liberal. They don’t seem to like when the season runs into the fall, which is really the only time I like going out there. But with such a liberal creel it gives the powers that be the math to justify closing earlier.

3 fish , Fri- Sunday was a sweet spot , but I know all the weekday guys don’t like that which is understandable.

Also think they should allow you to keep the 14 and 15 inchers as opposed to having a trail of dead ones floating down current from your boat. That would let guys get done and quit killing them every time they drop a squid down. My .002

Running PPSA in a cut

Posted by miramon on 3/27/23 at 1:20 pm
What are the boards thoughts on running a lifting program such as ppsa on a cut? I am on week 5 of grasshopper and probably week 8 of a deficit of around 250 cals.

Starting to have trouble progressively overloading. Considering my main intent is to cut fat, I am not sure that lack of progressive overload is a huge issue so long as my body composition is changing for the leaner…

The other option I was thinking was to go back into a bulk to get the most out of grasshopper, then cut afterwards, but I kinda want to look good at the pool this summer too. Is anyone else cutting while running these?

Is she getting any sodium in her diet? Not enough sodium will cause headaches and generally feel crappy. If someone eats mainly whole foods and very little processed foods, theyre unlikely to get enough sodium.
I haven’t seen anyone on here post the actual reason for increases. Chad understands but I don’t think he wants to give you the time of day. It has more to do with Europe and Florida than it does with Louisiana.

We will see. I very much hope you are right and I am wrong. Much prefer an orderly runoff to a 30 day run off. I did not mean to sound like an emo b**tch fwiw.

Emotional bullshite

Which part?

The latest news in the journal is that they laid off 80 employees yesterday and demotech is removing their rating entirely. If you have been paying a $2000 premium on a $400,000 home built prior to 2008 , your premium will double. My intention was not to come off as emotional, but the general sentiment of this thread has been that you will keep your policy through expiration, and I just dont believe that to be the case.

They can absolutely cancel your policy, and it is my opinion there will be no upc insurance policies in this state within the next 50 days or so. They have laid off a large portion of staff. Demotech is withdrawing their rating altogether. This is the path to liquidation. If you had a upc policy then prepare for at least a 100% increase in price. Upc hasnr raised their rates significantly in over 5 years with the rest of the market. This will be very ugly for people especially In older, larger homes. Your $3000 policy will now be $7000.

re: Dishwasher Leak - Now What?

Posted by miramon on 4/9/21 at 8:32 pm to
Most homeowners insurance policies today have added an endorsement which states that if a hidden leak went on for more than 14 days there is no coverage. I believe State Farm recently won a case that went to litigation for this.
