Pretty damn close.
But I think you missed my point. What I'm saying is that the common denominator is the idea of the Bodhisattva Vow. You have the same story being told across time and cultures but all of which are based on this older, Hindu idea of someone sacrificing themselves for the betterment of their fellow man.
This is the entire point I'm making here. It's that these religions are repackaging the same stories and retelling them to new audiences.
Brahma is the father of Hinduism.
Abraham is the father of the Hebrew faiths.
They're the same dude. Just look at the names.

Fair enough. I need to read up to effectively discuss this on your level.
I absolutely believe there is a single thread connecting all of us, agnostic of religion. I pray for it anyway. Half of my prayers to God are asking him to let us all in, regardless of brand. The root of all of this will always be a mystery. We shouldn't be blamed for that, and I don't think we will.

You are making me wonder if Catholic Mass isn't just where I happen to park my arse on Sundays.
Great chat

Oh look. A dumbass opening his mouth but not knowing anything.

Jesus’ death by itself doesn’t do anything if He were just a man. It was His perfect obedience to the law of God and sacrificial death as the God-man that created peace with God by faith. Jesus had to be man in order to be a sufficient representative for us, and He had to be God so that His sacrifice had infinite value. No mere man could pay the sin-debt we owe, and we could not have the righteousness necessary to have a right standing before God without it being imputed to us.

He doesn't abide fakes. Especially those who demean his true word in his name.
If you aren't the devil, stop shilling for him. God knows.

Ok. I've seen your posts. I see you.
Go with God and do his will. That's all I got for you.

Perhaps you should try reading the Bible and I don’t mean the version with the missing seven books since you guys want to follow what the Jews say. What you all claim is that the church didn’t exist correctly for 1500 years until that moron Luther decided he wanted to split off.
Morons believe other mortals in funny hats to be infallible, or that they somehow became "saints".

As a Catholic, why does it seem like if the Catholic NGO's were making money deporting illegals the statement would be quite different. Money changers, all of them.

I think the RCC has a lot of immigrant people on their payroll which was formerly funded via government money.

You have a direct line to god alright, but just not like you think.
Also were the Apostilles heretics as well?

The Catholic Church did not exist then. In the Bible, Jesus says You must be born again. He was also baptized. He wasn't sprinkled as an infant by some guy who is pretending to be some sort of liaison to God.
