She's not pretty. She dresses up nice, but honestly, she's kind of just on edge of being plain or being average, really. You're just looking at all the makeup and hair.

I'd call her out on her personality, we had a bad experience with her at Endymion. She came in with a canned concert and made no effort to engage with and adjust to the audience. in my experience, performers who engage with the crowd have a really good time and it shows.
