Your EV sensitivity is so strange.

Why do you get so worked up?

We use the PIU to demo shite that goes in a PIU.

By the way, we have a ford lighting to demo and no police force wants them because they suck.

Can I borrow your Prius? (Kidding). I know it’s some manly Tesla.

And can you stop making shite up?

You’d be shocked how little I care. I mostly like pointing out shitty boomerbook takes, that parts fun.

Yeah, they suck. Ford never should have built that piece of shite.

Never had one other than a rental. I chose between my GX460 and GTR.

I was just fricking with you about the cop part. That was good natured ribbing

I can't find anything to agree with roadGator about. But you are 100% EV sensitive.

I don't care what anyone drives. So please continue your debate.

I just wanted to point out your sensitivity.

There are multiple types of hybrid. Some plug in, some don’t. To just say that hybrids are stupid is silly. But it does sound like your car might be.

Plug in hybrids are the best of both and can dramatically lower fuel costs depending on driving habits. These are better for most than pure electric vehicles, and have advantages over gas vehicles.

EVs are not a bad option for someone in an urban area that doesn't travel far and doesn't carry alot of extra weight. It is a niche market and most people that will buy an EV will go with a Tesla. Most people want towing capability and reliability that a gas or diesel engine provides.

We never took the jab. And we both drive fairly new vehicles, the newest one being last year. If my husband ever tried to buy me one of these golf carts, he knows my answer.

But he’s smart enough to never ask.

Yup, gotta admit I'm intrigued by the ramcharger coming out next year. 130kw generator tied to a fully electric drive train. Supposed to have around 100 miles range battery only full charge and 690 with battery+generator and a full tank. All with 14k towing.

I probably still won't get the first gen but this seems like the way to go. Daily drive on battery (I only go about 30 miles a day) and still have the capabilities of a real truck with the generator and gas.

See saw effect.

You’re gaining in so called clean air in one area while more pollution in other areas.

You need a bigger electrical grid.
Extra power has to be produced.
I guess you think this large amount of power comes from unicorn farts.

You also will pollute to get to the minerals for the battery and to dispose of the minerals for the batteries.

The cars are getting better, at this time they are not practical for most people.

I think consumers are fed up with the price gouging that still continues to this day and the high interest rates.

Government will buy the surplus and give them to the illegals, then take your house and give to them so they’ll have a place to hang their hats and charge them up.
