24% said they could not currently charge at home

This is wild. Who buys an EV without home charging as an option?

13% said they did not enjoy how the cars felt while driving

Depending on the make and model, they’re a blast to drive.

I can’t imagine owning only an EV, but in a multi-car home I have really enjoyed mine. I wouldn’t choose to take it on long family trips though. But it’s a fantastic commuter vehicle and good for day trips.

This needs to end with him being ousted and not a clone of him taking control

Are you stupid or have you just been asleep for the last few decades?

Apparently he is too scared to go sideways with our IC because "they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you".

This is a huge part of the problem. The founders believed that the government should have a healthy fear of the people. The government has worked hard to reverse that dynamic.
I voiced my concern and displeasure with the FISA renewal, and this was his response to me:

quote:

But as someone who taught constitutional law, I understand that our government must deploy tools like these with the utmost caution and diligence. That is why I voted in favor of several amendments to the FISA program that would have strengthened FISA’s warrant requirement, stopped the government from purchasing bulk data, and injected more oversight into the FISA process.

Of course he knew that his amendments would not pass, and then he voted for renewal anyway. It was of course just more theatre coming from him. He expects us to accept his disingenuous nonsense.

I was at a country folk lake in central Oregon and it was incredibly awkward bc lots of guys there were wearing long board shorts that have been way out of style for at least 5 years. The girl I was with asked me what was wrong, as my mood had clearly shifted. I decided to put on a brave face for her and her dogs, but honestly I wish we could have just left, as the afternoon was essentially ruined for me.

Is this satire or text from a chat bot? I have a hard time believing anyone could truly think this way and then expect anyone else to understand.

Seems awfully bright. Were they in Alaska or Norway?

What? The news was at 11, as shown in the corner. The view of the event was some unspecified time earlier.

And I presume there are large portions of the crowd not covered in that shot. People who use it to count the entire crowd are wrong. People who say it was taken at 11am are also wrong.
I already knew how this was performed but I was still speechless and sick for a long time after watching it. This man should have been hung on the spot.

That pic was taken at 11 am for an event at 7pm.

That screenshot was taken at 11 pm from the news
2. That was a dead giveaway even though it’s been 30-40 years

Yeah, most countries actively at war on their own turf usually don't hold elections. If we were invaded by a foreign power or at Civil War our elections would be suspended as well.

You shouldn’t make statements with an authoritative tone when you have no clue what you’re talking about. This is the sign of a fool: “A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.”
Well I’m going to continue to do it as long as it makes financial sense.

Certainly, yes. It’s hard to say when.

And I'm not surprised that establishment educators have found school choice to be bad. They're mostly idiots protecting their jobs and industry.

School choice is good. School vouchers sound good until you consider the strings attached. I don’t want the government to have any say in the curriculum, standards, or policies of a private school or home school. With money comes control. It may start out free, but the threat of strings will always be there.

Also, with money comes increasing prices. So the tuition for these schools will increase, which in turn makes both schools and parents dependent on this money. That’s part of the problem with our university system.

Do you mean anti-abortion? Because “pro-life” people don’t seem to care about the death penalty or homelessness.

Troll, you’re conflating unrelated issues yet again.

I am unreservedly pro life. We do not have the right to murder our children. Life is sacred, because we are made in the image of God. Anyone who murders has profaned this, and deserves to lose theirs in the context of the justice system. This is 100% consistent, troll.
quote:

I guess they only makes someone pro-birth but not pro-child. If that’s the distinction that satisfies you, I can’t argue with that. It’s still not respecting human dignity.

Pro life is specifically about opposing the mass murder of humans, which is ongoing and an abomination.

It is not related to the discussion of welfare. You’re the one who made a false equivalency of “pro-child” means government welfare programs. I would argue that the welfare state and great society culture have destroyed human dignity and caused untold suffering in our society.
quote:

I asked if we can be considered pro-life if we don’t want ensure all kids have access to food over the summer.

Obviously yes. Can one oppose murdering babies while opposing government handouts? Well, yes.
This sounds great, but if there are strings attached it’s not worth it.
Anyone involved in doing these surgeries should have their own cut off or worse. Anyone doing it to children deserves the death penalty.
