Okay, I googled “Pictures of Victoria Starmer as a child”, and I got about the same results as I did when I googled “Pictures of Brigitte Macron as a child”.
Also, Victoria Starmer is considerably younger than Brigitte Macron. There were no digital pictures when BM was a child. Someone would have to take an old negative and digitize it to get it on the internet.

François was a colleague & friend of the specialising transgender transformations surgeon Patrick Bouilly who has been linked to Brigitte's past.
Fevre's death comes just after French President Emmanuel Macron told people to stop speculating about his wife's gender.

It's not just simple allegations. Candice Owens investigated this extensively and dedicated multiple podcasts to this. She had plenty to back it up, not just out of left-field allegations.
