Everyone can. They just don't want to because a minority of nuts are hell bent on saying there is no such thing as truth.

She actually said that she wasn’t a biologist. So apparently according to Affirmative Action Jackson, you need a biology degree to tell the difference between a male and female. I guess when her kids were born, she hired a biologist to let her know if she produced a boy or girl.

She said some amazingly idiotic things yesterday.
My favorite was when she was answering Hawley's question about federal minimum sentencing guidelines for a particular child porn case when the recommended was something like 90 months and she gave the guy THREE, and she suggested that the guidelines were written pre-internet when it was a much bigger chore to collect all that kiddie porn whereas today it's super easy to to...
Her argument boiled down to in her opinion the sentence should not be about HOW MUCH child porn a person has, but how much leg work they pout into acquiring it all. It was truly amazing to behold.

Oh, I heard her. And if I was a Senator in that hearing, I would have immediately removed myself and explained to all media who would listen, that there is no way I could confirm a person who doesn't understand what basic biology says to determine what a man or woman is. Especially to the Supreme Court.

A woman is someone who was born a biological female. Someone who, in their default setting, can give birth.
I acknowledge guys who want to say they are women... but it's only acknowledging their belief that they are women. Not acknowledging that they are actually women.
I saw a documentary a long time ago that had a guy who believed from the bottom of his heart that he's a lizard or snake or some shite like that. He spent over a hundred thousand dollars on surgery to implant scales under his skin. He had a metal plate installed on his skull so he could have a horn attached to his forehead. I acknowledge that he believes he's a lizard like animal. But... he's not a lizard like animal.
