The people hiring those roles don’t care because they realize those candidates won’t have any impact on the business.
They just need to hit DEI quota thresholds set by the board to get their bonuses so they’d hire a clown from the circus if they checked certain boxes.

She WAS an Executive Director of Community Engagement for card services. JP Morgan hired that water buffalo and she was paid to interact with the financial community and likely engage businesses to use JPM services. That JP Morgan hired her in the first place and put her in a position to represent their brand is a turn off in a professional sense.
