Can Trump legally order a congressman to cancel a trip?

I'm asking in complete sincerity. I didn't know the POTUS could order someone outside the executive branch not to take a trip.

He can't. However he can prevent them from using military resources to make that trip, hence his comment about flying commercial.

He's the Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces. So yes, he can cancel their trip using the US military.

Because that is not what Trump did. He just shut down military transportation. Pelosi can fly commercial and continue with her trip.

No. He did not order her in this case. He can as CIC make military flights unavailable to congressional delegations. Which is what he did.

Nope.
Just his free ride on a military plane.
POTUS has supreme authority over all military equipment, including military flights and no one in the legislative branch can use anything or fly on any military plane without the President's express approval.
When it comes to the military, the President is pretty much a dictator.
